Technical and Vocational Education - Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees. The NVQ Sri Lanka provides the opportunity to achieve international recognition for qualifications, skills and knowledge. There are seven levels of qualifications from Level 1 to Level 7. National Certificate for Level 1 is recognizing the acquisition of a core of entry level skills.
